Since graduating in classical piano from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2002, Dave Stapleton has become an important figure on the UK jazz scene. A jazz pianist of unusual abilities. A composer of beautiful, lyrical tunes and film scores. A record producer, who brings to the music of others the same care and attention to detail that he lavishes on his own releases. A gifted photographer and the astute and intelligent co-founder of Edition Records.
Tim Dickeson

Edition Co-founder Tim Dickeson has been a photographer for nearly 30 years, working for Newspapers, Magazines and as a commercial studio photographer. Starting his career in the south of England at the Eastbourne Gazette & Herald he has also worked in Derby, London and Cardiff where he was picture editor of the Western Mail. Alongside his Edition work, Tim has been working for Jazzwise and Jazz Journal magazines in the UK and Jazz Times in the United States. His music pictures have appeared in most UK national papers as well as magazines in more than a dozen countries.

Specialising in jazz PR and marketing, Rosie Hanley joined the Edition team in early 2012. Based in Southampton and London, Rosie has built up an impressive reputation with experience in arts marketing, audience development, cultural policy and jazz journalism. She studied on the Jazz BA course at Leeds College of Music and also holds music BA and MMus degrees from the University of Southampton. Rosie has worked within the UK jazz scene for a while and now, as well as heading up Edition’s marketing activity she is currently in the middle of her PhD in arts marketing and audience development.
